Name: Wade Wilson Relatives: Unknown Affiliates: Usually a loner Mercenary, Deadpool has worked with Heroes For Hire. Major Enemies: Juggernaut, Black Tom Cassidy, Wolverine, Cable, Typhoid Mary. Powers: Super-Human Healing ability, even can re-generate limbs...Expert Gunman and Sword Fighter...Excellent in Hand to Hand combat...Also uses a Personal Teleportation Device to evade and surprise foes. Origin: Wade Wilson had Terminal Cancer & his only hope for a "cure" was to Canada's Department H & Dr. Killbrew in turn gave him a Super-Human healing factor but in turn also altered his skin to the point of being grotesque...All in all, Deadpool has a very mysterious past! |

After his introduction in New Mutants, Deadpool has had 2 Limited Series and both were received very well...After his 1st app. in New Mutants, Deadpool made a number of appearances in X-Force...In Deadpool #11 it was a clever "tribute" to Amazing Spider-Man #47..."Mimicking" the entire book!...Deadpool receives his first Ongoing Series which is still current besides allot of cancellation rumors. |
